Easter In the Laneway

1. This competition ("Competition") is conducted by Orchid Avenue Pty Ltd. Pty Ltd ABN 20 118 752 346 and Cavill Lane Surfers Paradise of 3113 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise, Queensland, 4217 (“Promoter").
2. Entry to the Competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

3. The Competition is only open to individuals over the age of 18. By submitting an entry, the entrant affirms that they are 18 years.
4. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, reject an Entry if it reasonably forms the opinion that the Entry has been entered using false information, or material that has been copied. Entries that are deemed as fake will be invalid. Digital duplicates will not be accepted entering the competition.
5. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, declare an Entry made by an Entrant invalid if the Entrant tampers with the entry process, benefits from such tampering, or submits an Entry that is illegible, incomplete, or not in accordance with these terms and conditions and entry requirements. Entries that are illegible, incomplete, indecipherable or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. Duplicate entries will not be accepted.
6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and claims for the Prize and reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where the entry process has been tampered with.
7. Employees of the Promotor, its partners, affiliates or other parties in anyway involved in the development, production, distribution of this competition as well as immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
8. To enter a customer makes a purchase during the promotional period at any Cavill Lane (excluding ANZ bank). The customer is then eligible to receive one (1) entry form for the Promotion per transaction/receipt from within the promotion period.
9. To enter the Promotion, the customer must complete an entry form with their first & last name, gender, age range, Suburb and state of residence, telephone phone number, email address, gender, purchase amount and location within the promotional time period by scanning the QR code and completing the online entry form.

How and when to enter

10. The Competition commences on 05/03/24 at 11:00AM (AEST) and closes on 01/04/24 at 8:00PM (AEST). This is the official "Entry Period" for this competition.
11. To enter, entrants must make a purchase at any Cavill Lane (excluding ANZ bank), scan the QR code, complete an enter form and submit between the promotional time period.
12. Competition QR code will be located on Cavill Lane A4 posters located within Cavill Lane participating businesses

The winner

13. One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be randomly selected by two nominated representatives of Cavill Lane Surfers Paradise by 12:00PM (AEST) on 02/04/24 at 3113 Surfers Paradise Blvd. The Winners will be notified via phone & email in which the entry its chosen has met the competition terms and conditions submitted.
14. One winner per prize pack. Winner cannot not have won previous Cavill Lane competition.
15. The Promotor’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into to discuss this decision.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide suitable photo identification of proof of age and identification prior to awarding the Prize.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to announce and/or publish the Winners name and /or photograph for publicity purposes.
18. The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be liable for any loss (including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury, illness (including COVID – 19) or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from an person’s negligence) in connection with the promotion and /or any aspect of the prize or use of or taking the prize by the Winner.
19. Winner must respond within 12 hours, or another winner will be selected.

Prizing

20. The One (1) winner randomly selected will receive one prize packs, as bundled below:

• One (1) hundred $100.00 Cavill Lane Gift Voucher in two $50 denominations
• One (1) Icebar Surfers Gift Voucher valid for two people
• One (1) The Magician show tickets at Illusions Theare valid for two people
• One (1) Night’s accommodation at The Hilton Hotel Surfers Paradise valid for two people

21. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
22. Prizes packs that are won cannot be exchange for a different prize and or offerings
23. Each prize is subject to the Terms and Conditions and Expiry dates of the associated business.
24. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any disputes, The Promoter’s decision shall be final.
25. Prize is valid for 6 months and must be used within expiry dates

 Unclaimed prizes

26. The prize pack will need to be picked up from Cavill Lane Surfers Paradise Centre Management Office Shop 11/Level 1 3113 Surfers Paradise Blvd and collected within 1 month. If prize is not collected within a month 03/04/24 to 03/05/24 during business hours of 10am – 4pm Monday through to Friday, then the prize will be fortified.

Additional Information

1. If, for any reason, the promotion is cancelled due to causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
2. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs that is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. The Promoter reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.

26. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to all relevant State & Federal laws), to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion.
27. The Promoter, its directors, officers and employees, related body corporates and their respective officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the marketing of this promotion or use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
28. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the winner in the event of any of the following: (i) breach of these terms and conditions; (ii) forfeiting a prize; (iii) not claiming a prize; (iv) inability to contact the winner; (v) no response from winner within 12 hours from contact.
29. You acknowledge that all information and material that you submit to enter this Promotion is submitted to the Promoter and will be confidentially collected for market research purposes.
30. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the offices of the Promoter for a limited time. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. Information from entrants will not be used for spam and or sold or misused.
31. Dates and times of promotion may be subjected to change.
